Administration of contacts/CRM


Keep all your contacts in one place (Outlook, Excel, management system).
The iventcloud scans all contacts and recognizes multiple entries and incomplete data records.

Companies, partners and sponsors, including their existing contracts, can be saved and retrieved separately.

Events


With the support of the iventcloud, you can enter an unlimited number of events. The linear design is intentionally kept simple to enable a clear, clean overview of all present, past and future events.

When starting a new event, the click of one button allows you to collate guest lists, check lists and openings, all at once.

Invitation management/Newsletter dispatch

There are different ways to use this module:
Send out personal invitations, information and advertising texts.

Sent texts are saved and returned texts are flagged in the system, directly.
E-mails are sent in html-format and adjusted to the corporate design of your company.

Custom requests allow you to receive additional information from your clients that is stored directly within the iventcloud – without manual data transfer.
Furthermore, your clients can update their contact details and upload data (photos, contracts, offers, etc.) whenever necessary.

User's access

The iventcloud provides a frame for structural organization and decentralized teamwork.

New users can quickly be put in different/limited areas of access.
Also external employees or cooperating enterprises can work in the same system and be up to date at all times.

Event Check-In & participation statistics

If required, it is possible to send out invitations with QR codes.

Employees can carry out the event check-in of guests if they are equipped with smart phones and internet access. By scanning the codes, information about registered companions, seating arrangements and answers to custom requests can be accessed.
Even untrained personnel have access to all important information.

Ad-hoc changes, like an adjusted seating arrangement, can immediately be passed on to everyone.

Attending guests are immediately stated as attending in the event-software’s guest list when using the scan code.
The iventcloud provides the basis for participation statistics and facilitates further treatment of events.

Additional modules

Work administration

A synchronic tool that supports internal organization.
With one click, existing check lists can be transferred and to new events and subsequently adjusted if required.

Employees can find out what duties they have been assigned, what deadlines they have to meet, they can post the dispatch status, share additional information or attach files.

Location administration/Workshop administration

Participants (and their companions) are automatically taken up by this module. Location arrangements (tables, teams, seminar or working groups) can be filed individually, making it easy to assign guests to their sites/seats.

The location arrangement is clearly laid out in the export files.

Hotel administration

Financial planning

Income from sponsors, as well as maximum disposable budgets can be recorded.
Fix expenditures can be calculated and drawn up in a survey.
